Portuguese Suavecel points batteries to Angola

After Spain, Angola is the main export market for the producer of toilet paper, kitchen roll, napkins, facial and tissue paper. “It is a market that we see as a priority, solid and growing”.
The communication campaign launched this month highlights the softness of the products and is aired on the main media: television, radio, billboards, press and online.
Suavecel has been present in the Angolan market since 2011. It belongs to the Ghost Group, which owns Fortissue (tissue paper production) and Nunex (personal hygiene), exporting to more than 30 countries.
In toilet paper alone, the factory in Viana do Castelo, currently produces four million rolls of toilet paper per day.
The Ghost Group, which is investing more than 60 million euros in new production lines and new products, with the aim of increasing exports and reaching new markets.
The “Suavecel Internationalization” project is co-financed by Portugal 2020, within the scope of Compete 2020 - Operational Program for Competitiveness and Internationalization.
